Ingredients
  1. 8 slices of bacon
  2. 200 grams of ground pork
  3. 400 grams of ground serloin pork
  4. Finely chopped 4 pieces of lemongrass
  5. Cut 6-inch lemongrass stalks 8 pcs.
  6. 3 pieces of coriander roots
  7. 5 pieces of garlic cloves
  8. 1 teaspoon of white ground pepper Healthy Boy Brand
  9. 2 tablespoon of Thick Oyster Sauce Healthy Boy
  10. 1 tablespoon of Thin Soy Sauce Healthy Boy Brand
  11. 1 tablespoon Seasoning Sauce Green Cap Healthy Boy Brand
  12. 1 tablespoon of granulate sugar
  13. 4 tablespoon of non-sweet evaporated milk
  14. Sweet Chilli Sauce Healthy Boy Brand
Directions
  1. In a mortar pestle, pound the coriander roots, garlic cloves, white ground pepper and chopped lemon grass into a paste.
  2. Mix the ground pork with the paste. Add Thick Oyster Sauce, Thin Soy Sauce, Seasoning Sauce Green Cap, granulate sugar and non-sweet evaporated milk into the mixture. Keep the marinated meat in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Squeeze the mixture around the lemongrass stalk and wrap it with bacon. Pin it with a toothpick to keep it in place.
  4. Grill the pork in lemongrass stalks on low heat until cooked. Serve with Healthy Boy Sweet Chilli Sauce. Enjoy!
