Fried Chicken Tom Yum Sauce
Ingredients
Chicken Wings                                                                                    500 grams
Wheat Flour                                                                                        1 cup
Tom Yum Sauce i-chef                                                                        1 pack
Chilli Paste                                                                                          2 tablespoons
Sliced Bird’s Eye Chilli                                                                        10 pieces
Kaffir Lime Leaves                                                                              5 leaves
  
Directions
  1. Wash chicken wings, and dry them.
  2. Fried the chicken wings in batter. Rest them for a while.
  3. Mix the chicken wings with Tom Yum sauce i-chef, and add chilli paste, sliced bird’s eye chilli, and kaffir lime leaves.
