Fried Laab Chickens
Chicken Fillet                                      1 cup
i-Chef Laab/Namtok Sauce              1 bag
Shallot                                                 2 tablespoons
Mint leaf
Batter                                                  1 cup
Cooking oil                                         1 cup                    
 

How to
1. Dip cutted chicken fillets into batter. Fry in the heated cooking oil until yellow and crispy. Move from heat.
2. Knead the fried chickens with i-Chef Laab/Namtok Sauce. Add shallots and mint leaves before mixing them all together.
