Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 200 grams of ground pork
- 400 grams of ground serloin pork
- Finely chopped 4 pieces of lemongrass
- Cut 6-inch lemongrass stalks 8 pcs.
- 3 pieces of coriander roots
- 5 pieces of garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of white ground pepper Healthy Boy Brand
- 2 tablespoon of Thick Oyster Sauce Healthy Boy
- 1 tablespoon of Thin Soy Sauce Healthy Boy Brand
- 1 tablespoon Seasoning Sauce Green Cap Healthy Boy Brand
- 1 tablespoon of granulate sugar
- 4 tablespoon of non-sweet evaporated milk
- Sweet Chilli Sauce Healthy Boy Brand
- In a mortar pestle, pound the coriander roots, garlic cloves, white ground pepper and chopped lemon grass into a paste.
- Mix the ground pork with the paste. Add Thick Oyster Sauce, Thin Soy Sauce, Seasoning Sauce Green Cap, granulate sugar and non-sweet evaporated milk into the mixture. Keep the marinated meat in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Squeeze the mixture around the lemongrass stalk and wrap it with bacon. Pin it with a toothpick to keep it in place.
- Grill the pork in lemongrass stalks on low heat until cooked. Serve with Healthy Boy Sweet Chilli Sauce. Enjoy!
